Egg Shells For Your Project

We eat eggs all the time especially on breakfast.boiled ,fried ,salads,bread,cakes etc etc...and eggs are.source of calcium and protein  and more nutrients on eggs...and what else can you  do on egg?  i heard there are many alternative ,that uses egg shells..Beside the Easter egg decoration...

Egg shells can be utilized,some are for industrial uses and others can be done at home..it said the egg shell can made into food for supplement..can be food for animal and human...hmmm....in my country i heard this , powdered egg shell can be added to flour and can make babies food.it is round small things shape food ,like a seed of soy bean..kind a cookies.....we called them ..{forgot}i`ll ask my mother  ..lolzz................and there is cookies too that made of egg shell...~.^
  we also use it in the garden alternative vitamins for plants,,i never research this if its true..but i saw this when i was kid..especially they put it on cactus ...but i have no idea why?..i will ask my mother again about it or i will check on the web...

And all we know , egg shells are most popular on making projects...aside Easter egg,paper mache,dying,mosaic,accessories ,and many arts crafts...and lot to mention...if you have any ideas about using egg shells regarding  arts.... try to make project on it.make your original art crafts ideas of egg shell


Here is my share project i made..on using crack shells..it is like treasure box or jewelry box..actually it is a lipstick case of mine..

the results of my projects is perfect..i will do more ..

How to make and materials...

All you need ....
a small wooden box..or anything you want
adhesive or ordinary glue
egg shells..dried and wipe
paint colors and top coat....you can use varnish but i am allergy with it..i like nail polish..
some clay...color depends on your taste to design
i put something gold glittery on my project....{optional}

Let us Decorate Mirror ,

nice for your daughters room

   Another inspiring project i designed this time...i used a simple mirror ,with plain border...i have just imagine the mosaic art.and i was inspired by that..but instead of broken plates or cups ,i tried to use some small things i found in my home...so i decided to decorate my mirror with variety of beads pearl and gem with clay combination....results are so pretty ,so nice and cute for wall decor..

             Lets get started..
Materials i used...
No bake clay
small things like pearls,beads or broken accessories
Adhesive glue...
plain mirror for wall
varnish or water glittery nail polish

Howto.......................

No bake clay

Cut them into small pieces ,using your hands.....apply glue on the border of the mirror...and start to place the clay one by one until you fill the entire border.........while clay are soft,you `ll be going to put the pearl and small things in the clay ,don`t forget to apply glue...

Let me share with you how to make this ......This is a "No bake Clay " just let them dry one night or whole day to make it solid....
You just need a simple materials and you don`t need to spend more money just to have a beautiful..flower vase..
.Lets get started..


MATERIALS....
Any shape and size of Glass Vase...
Decoupage Glue or ordinary Glue
Polymer Clay..
Small things like buttons,gem.beads.broken accessories etc
tools for clay tapping ..i used nail polish
Glittery Gold for making them sparkling..
Gold paint ..i used poster color paint
Brush...


I think they`re all the basic needs.but you also need a news paper,wet towel or tissue...or anything what  is comportable to you when you are making Clay Art..

I got this for 100 yen.i think a dollar store in the U.S..in other country 

or Philippines i dun know .!!.. if possible use the cheapest one..

 Before you place the clay .apply the glass with glue

Cut the clay into a small pieces ,using your hands

place the clay one by one step..until you fill the whole vase

tap them using nail polish ,make it even and flat

before placing button apply the clay with glue,if possible the whole body

So when they`re dried,Glue helps the buttons and small things not to fall off ..and it also helps the clay to dries solid..

If you done with all your buttons and beads..let them dry in one night 

Enjoy  while doing this and listening some instrumental or classic =.^

 And on the next day,check some buttons if they`re are secured or if not falling off..if it so ,you must apply more glue..

and then ,you need to dry them again......after an hour you can apply your Gold paint and your glitter gold..

checking the paint if dries..and you can  retouch it to make more good results
